In other words, if a customer came in to buy a hot tub, that sale automatically goes to the manager or the number 2 associate. However, what they didn't tell you, was that it is all seniority based. I thought I could try to learn the products and sell what I can to make commission sales. That was only partially true, at least to me. I was told that there was the opportunity to grow and you could make good money. At first, it was an interesting place to work and learn, but the longer I worked there I began to see how limited you are and my optimism decreased over time. ![]()
